**role overview �� inside sales specialist**

we are seeking dynamic, result-driven professionals with a proven track record in sales. this role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the property buying process.

**key responsibilities:**

- drive the sales process from planning to closure, consistently achieving growth and targets

- make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and communicate effectively with customers

- understand customer requirements and identify suitable sales opportunities

- conduct walk-in sales presentations for residential projects

- respond to customer queries and share additional information via email

- build and manage a robust sales pipeline using sfdc crm

- collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts

- maintain and present weekly sales and productivity reports

- develop and nurture relationships with customers and channel partners

- implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and market presence

- monitor site visits and ensure maximum lead conversion

- achieve walk-in targets and contribute to overall sales goals
