Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

About the Role
We are looking for Inside Sales Executives with 2 - 3 years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development. The ideal candidates should be target-driven, confident communicators, and able to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
Understand customer needs and present suitable product/service solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Main tain accurate sales records in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams for lead conversion.
Requirements
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2 - 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Business Development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales processes.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
