about the role

we are looking for inside sales executives with 2 - 3 years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development. the ideal candidates should be target-driven, confident communicators, and able to build strong customer relationships.

key responsibilities

generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and other channels.

understand customer needs and present suitable product/service solutions.

build and maintain long-term client relationships.

meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

main tain accurate sales records in crm systems.

collaborate with the sales & marketing teams for lead conversion.

requirements

graduate in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).

2 - 3 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / business development.

strong communication and negotiation skills.

proven record of achieving sales targets.

proficiency in crm tools and sales processes.

self-motivated and results-oriented.
