Job Description

conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or cold calling lists.

- research and identify potential sales opportunities through various sources.

- qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and gather relevant information.

- sales pitch and product service promotion engage with prospects over the phone and deliver compelling sales pitches.

- present product or service features and benefits to potential customers.

- handle objections, address concerns. and highlight unique selling points.

- relationship building and customer management establish rapport and build relationships with potential customers.

- maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture and convert them into sales.

- provide accurate and up-to-date information about products or services.

- upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.

- meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.

crm and data management

- update customer information, sales activities, and interactions in the crm system.

- maintain accurate records of sales activities, sales pipeline, and customer information.

- generate reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and other relevant metrics.

qualifications and requirements

- proven experience in tele-sales or telemarketing, preferably in a b2b or b2c environment.

- excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanour.

- strong negotiation and objection handling abilities.

- ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.

- good understanding of sales principles and techniques.

- proficiency in using crm software and other sales tools.

- self-motivated with a proactive and resilient attitude.

- excellent time management and organizational skills.

- high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing a plus.
