Key Responsibilities:
- Source new business through outbound calls, emails, and lead outreach.
- Qualify prospects, understand customer needs, and present or demo products/services.
- Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline records in CRM or Excel.
- Upsell or cross-sell to existing customers and request referrals to expand the customer base.
Requirements / Candidate Profile:
- 0 to 6 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or related roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
