6- track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and report progress to the sales manager.
7-meet or exceed sales targets, kpis, and other performance metrics.
8- build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
9- follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or feedback.
10- respond to customer queries promptly via phone, email, and other communication channels.
11- work closely with other departments (such as marketing, product, and logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

qualifications & skills:
1-bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2-minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the cosmetic, beauty, or personal care industry.
3-strong communication and negotiation skills.
4-proficiency in microsoft office (excel, word, powerpoint) and crm software.
5-excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
6-ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7-knowledge of cosmetic products and industry trends is a plus.
