Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, assisting customers with forex-related services, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and an understanding of foreign exchange products.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to assist customers.
Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients from markets through outbound or inbound calls, emails, and online channels.
Provide accurate information about currency exchange, remittances, and forex cards.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable forex solutions.
Convert leads into sales by offering competitive forex rates and services.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales in CRM software.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 0-3 years in any sales like, Inside sales, customer service, or financial sales.
Skills Required:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills.
o Experience in forex, banking, or financial services is preferred.
