• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, career fairs, and other channels
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, managing scheduling logistics
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS)-keep candidate records accurate and up to date
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job postings, and align on selection criteria
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation within approved guidelines
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
• Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate)
• Stay current on labor market trends and recommend sourcing strategies accordingly
