key responsibilities

job analysis: analyze job roles and tasks to document clear job requirements and objectives.

recruitment strategy: design and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored for non-it positions.

candidate sourcing: utilize databases, social media platforms, employee referrals, and job fairs to identify potential candidates.

resume screening: review and shortlist resumes by matching relevant skills, experience, and role-specific keywords.

interviewing: conduct interviews to evaluate candidates technical knowledge, work experience, and soft skills.

reports & analytics: prepare and share recruitment reports and insights with the hr team and management.

candidate engagement: build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

data management: maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and compliance documentation.

hiring updates: collaborate with hiring managers and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
