Job Responsibilities:

Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with internal teams

Source candidates through various recruitment channels

Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

Publish job openings and handle applicant responses

Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and trackers

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with recruitment processes and sourcing methods

Candidates who can join early will be preferred
