Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Recruiter to join our team in Muggappair, Chennai. In this role, you will help find and hire the best talent for our organization. Whether you are a recent graduate or have some experience, this position is ideal for those eager to start their career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

4. **Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. You will assist them in defining job descriptions and help streamline the hiring process.

5. **Administrative Tasks**: Support the HR team with various administrative duties related to recruitment, such as maintaining candidate databases and preparing reports.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail is crucial.
