Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Human Resources Recruiters based in Mogappair, Chennai. This is a full-time role suitable for fresh graduates. The ideal candidate will assist in finding the right talent for our team and aid in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment, which includes sourcing candidates, screening applications, and shortlisting candidates for interviews.

- Engage in bulk hiring to meet the company's staffing needs efficiently.

- Perform interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.

- Negotiate salary and job offers with selected candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills:

Candidates should have a degree in , /PGDM, or MSW. Strong skills in screening, interviewing, and negotiating are essential. Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques will be beneficial. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building rapport with applicants.

Expectations:

This role requires being proactive, detail-oriented, and possessing strong organizational skills. You should be open to learning and adapting to new recruitment strategies. A proven ability to work collaboratively with teams while handling multiple recruitment assignments is essential.
