Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on inclusion, diversity, and decentralized teams.

Good knowledge of HR operations, Indian labor law, POSH/POCSO regulations, and compliance.

Experience implementing gender equity and diversity policies at scale.

Strong interpersonal skills, especially in multi-lingual, multi-state team settings.

Ability to travel frequently to clients project locations for recruitment, engagement, and training.

Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Kannada(mandatory)
