Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team in an exciting and fast-paced event management company. The ideal candidate will have 3��4 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR operations such as recruitment, payroll processing, training & development, HR policy creation, and employee engagement. The candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a presentable and professional demeanour.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with departments to understand hiring needs and timelines.
Payroll Management:
Process payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain attendance records and handle statutory compliances.
Training & Development:
Identify employee training needs and arrange skill development programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Draft, implement, and update HR policies in alignment with labor laws.
Ensure organizational compliance and employee awareness.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Foster a positive work environment and handle grievance redressal.
Organize employee engagement activities and manage retention efforts.
Performance Management:
Coordinate and manage appraisal cycles.
Support managers in setting and reviewing performance goals.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master��s degree in Human Resources or related field.
3��4 years of proven experience in core HR functions.
Fluency in English and Hindi �� both written and verbal.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Must be available to join immediately.
