Seeking a Human Resources Manager with 8-14 years of experience in Ranchi, India. The role involves overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies to attract and retain top talent, managing recruitment processes to ensure the right fit for roles, conducting training programs to enhance employee skills, handling performance evaluations and feedback sessions, and resolving employee concerns and conflicts effectively.

The ideal candidate should have a post-graduate degree in HR or related field, in-depth knowledge of HR practices and legal regulations, proven experience in managing HR functions, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate teams, and a strategic mindset to drive organizational goals through effective HR practices. The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to address HR challenges.
