Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee
engagement.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HR MIS reports.
Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR operations.
Handle senior-level employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
Lead and mentor the HR team and drive organizational development initiatives.
Requirements:
MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently.
