Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee

engagement.

 Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

 Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.

 Oversee performance management and appraisal processes.

 Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

 Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HR MIS reports.

 Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR operations.

 Handle senior-level employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.

 Lead and mentor the HR team and drive organizational development initiatives.

Requirements:

 MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.

 Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.

 Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently.
