Job Summary
The HR Professional will oversee and execute the company’s HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and day-to-day HR activities. Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Draft job descriptions and manage job postings for technical and non-technical positions
* Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various roles
* Coordinate interviews with department heads
* Issue offer letters, employment agreements, and handle onboarding formalities
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
* Conduct induction sessions for new hires
* Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company
* Maintain updated employee records
3. HR Operations & Compliance
* Manage and update employee data in HRMS
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety guidelines, and statutory regulations
* Assist with PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements
* Implement company HR policies and help draft new ones when required
4. Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management
* Track attendance, leaves, and overtime
* Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with accounts/finance team
* Assist in managing employee benefits and compensation
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
* Address employee queries and concerns professionally
* Support grievance handling and conflict resolution
* Organize team-building activities, celebrations, and engagement programs
* Promote a healthy, positive, and performance-driven culture
6. Performance Management
* Support the appraisal cycles and performance review processes
* Help define KPIs and performance metrics
* Assist managers in improvement plans when needed

Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields [mandatory]
* 1–5 years of experience in HR operations [experience in manufacturing/power/engineering sector is an advantage]
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and recruitment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
