we are seeking an experienced manager - hr & admin to lead our human resources and administration functions. the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing hr strategies, managing administrative operations, etc.

key responsibilities:

- develop and implement hr policies and procedures

- manage recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations

- oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs

- ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations

- manage administrative operations, including facilities and vendor management

- develop and manage budgets for hr and admin functions

requirements:

- minimum 3 years of experience in hr and administration

- proven track record in hr management and administration

- excellent communication and leadership skills

- ability to work independently and as part of a team
