We are seeking an experienced Manager - HR & Admin to lead our Human Resources and Administration functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing administrative operations, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Manage administrative operations, including facilities and vendor management
- Develop and manage budgets for HR and Admin functions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and Administration
- Proven track record in HR management and administration
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
