Human Resource Manager - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 7 years of experience in HR roles and be ready to work full time from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process by identifying job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews to ensure the company attracts top talent.

- Employee Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, making sure they have a smooth transition and understand their roles and responsibilities.

- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure regular feedback is provided to employees to promote professional growth.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge, contributing to their career progression.

- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing support and guidance to resolve any workplace issues effectively.

- HR Policies: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and best practices, ensuring compliance and a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels. A solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is essential. The individual should possess excellent organizational abilities, allowing them to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
