We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Manager to join our team in Aurangabad. This role involves overseeing our HR functions and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- **Recruitment and Selection**: Manage the recruitment process by attracting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet organizational needs.
- **Employee Onboarding**: Coordinate and conduct the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and resources to succeed.
- **Performance Management**: Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers and employees on setting goals and evaluating performance.
- **Employee Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts, promoting a positive workplace culture and ensuring fair treatment.
- **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to develop employee skills and enhance productivity.
- **Compliance and Policy Management**: Ensure that all HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies, regularly updating as necessary.
- **HR Data Management**: Maintain accurate employee records and analyze HR data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
The ideal candidate should have 1 to 7 years of experience in human resources. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with labor laws and HR management systems is preferred. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
