Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and performance expectations
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various sales positions (., BDRs, SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers)
Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels
Manage and own the recruitment lifecycle from posting jobs to negotiating offers
Conduct initial assessments to evaluate sales potential, communication skills, and cultural fit
Track hiring metrics and regularly report progress and pipeline health to HR and sales leadership
Coordinate with onboarding team to ensure smooth integration of new hires
Maintain candidate and interview data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support the retention and performance strategy by gathering feedback and insights from hiring outcomes
