Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and performance expectationsSource, screen, and interview candidates for various sales positions (e.g., BDRs, SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers)Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channelsManage and own the recruitment lifecycle from posting jobs to negotiating offersConduct initial assessments to evaluate sales potential, communication skills, and cultural fitTrack hiring metrics and regularly report progress and pipeline health to HR and sales leadershipCoordinate with onboarding team to ensure smooth integration of new hiresMaintain candidate and interview data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Support the retention and performance strategy by gathering feedback and insights from hiring outcomes
