JOB DESCRIPTION

Duration : 3 months

Location : west Tambaram

EDUCATION : MBA in HR , BBA

Roles and Responsibilities

–ªï¸Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.

–ªï¸Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

–ªï¸Assist in new employee orientation and documentation.

–ªï¸Updating employee records and Maintaining employee databases and files

–ªï¸Reviewing resumes and CVs to identify qualified candidates

–ªï¸Posting job ads: Creating and managing job advertisements

Requirements

–ªï¸Pursuing or completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

–ªï¸Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

–ªï¸Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

–ªï¸Proficiency in Microsoft Office
