key responsibilities

- assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.

- coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.

- maintain candidate database and documentation.

- support recruitment campaigns and workforce requirement planning.

- communicate effectively with candidates throughout the selection process.

eligibility

qualification: any graduate (preferably hr, business administration, or related field).

experience: freshers preferred (interns also welcome).

skills: good communication, basic computer knowledge, and eagerness to learn.
