Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our HR team as HR Recruiters. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. Candidates will undergo 1-month training with a basic stipend of -15,000-20,000 and salary will be finalized based on performance during the training period.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate database and documentation.
- Support recruitment campaigns and workforce requirement planning.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the selection process.
Eligibility
Qualification: Any graduate (preferably HR, Business Administration, or related field).
Experience: Freshers preferred (interns also welcome).
Gender: Male and Female candidates can apply.
Skills: Good communication, basic computer knowledge, and eagerness to learn.
