key responsibilities

assist in end-to-end recruitment job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

support onboarding and induction of new employees.

maintain and update hr records, spreadsheets, and internal databases.

contribute to employee engagement initiatives and virtual team events.

assist with hr documentation, attendance, and other administrative tasks.

who can apply

students or recent graduates in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related fields.

excellent verbal and written communication skills.

good organizational and multitasking abilities.

basic proficiency in ms office (word, excel, powerpoint).

a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and respect for confidentiality.
