Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection: Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization.
2. Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the new hire process by conducting orientation sessions and coordinating training for new employees.
3. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing any grievances, conflicts, or concerns within the workplace.
4. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback to employees, and assist in developing performance improvement plans.
5. HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws by all employees.
