We are looking for Dynamic HR for The Lords€™ International School who will be able to handle recruitment and onboarding, tracking employees€™ leave and attendance, processing salaries and defining work policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

€¢ Source, screen, and interview candidates for teaching and non-teaching roles

€¢ Coordinate offer letters, contracts, and background checks

€¢ Organize smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires

2. Employee Management

€¢ Maintain accurate employee records (digital & physical)

€¢ Track attendance, leave, and punctuality using HR software/tools

€¢ Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives

3. Payroll & Compliance

€¢ Compile attendance and leave reports for payroll processing

€¢ Coordinate with accounts team for timely and accurate salary disbursal

€¢ Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) and maintain records

4. Policy Development

€¢ Draft, review, and update school HR policies in line with labor laws and school culture

€¢ Implement disciplinary procedures and performance evaluation frameworks

€¢ Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-driven work environment

Qualifications

€¢ Bachelor€™s or master€™s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

€¢ Minimum 2 years of HR experience; experience in school/education sector is a plus

€¢ Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software

€¢ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
