We are looking for Dynamic HR for The Lords International School who will be able to handle recruitment and onboarding, tracking employees leave and attendance, processing salaries and defining work policies. Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and interview candidates for teaching and non-teaching roles Coordinate offer letters, contracts, and background checks Organize smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires2. Employee Management Maintain accurate employee records (digital & physical) Track attendance, leave, and punctuality using HR software/tools Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives3. Payroll & Compliance Compile attendance and leave reports for payroll processing Coordinate with accounts team for timely and accurate salary disbursal Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) and maintain records4.
