Freshers For HR Executive - Siliguri

We are seeking a Human Resource Executive to join our team in Siliguri. In this role, you will assist in managing various HR functions and support employee relations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Recruitment and Selection**: Assist in attracting and hiring suitable candidates by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure the organization has the right talent.

- **Employee Onboarding**: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are welcomed and introduced to their roles, the company culture, and policies.

- **Record Keeping**: Maintain and update employee records, such as personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations, to ensure compliance and easy access to information.

- **Payroll Support**: Assist with payroll processing by gathering information on employee attendance, leaves, and any deductions to ensure accurate salary disbursement.

- **Employee Relations**: Provide support in managing employee relations by addressing concerns, answering queries, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management. Attention to detail is important for maintaining accurate records and handling sensitive information. Proficiency with basic computer applications, particularly in Microsoft Office, is expected.
