Key Responsibilities:
1. **Recruitment and Onboarding**: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Help new hires with onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
2. **Employee Relations**: Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee queries and concerns. Act as a point of contact for employees, facilitating communication between staff and management.
3. **Performance Management**: Support managers in implementing performance appraisal systems. Help track employee performance and provide necessary feedback to improve productivity.
4. **Training and Development**: Organize training sessions and workshops to promote employee skills and career development. Coordinate with external vendors as needed to enhance learning opportunities.
5. **Compliance and Documentation**: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in preparing reports related to HR metrics and employee attendance.
