We are seeking a motivated Human Resource Executive to join our team in Gurgaon, India. In this full-time position, you will support various HR functions and contribute to creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Recruitment and Onboarding**: Assist in the hiring process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and facilitating interviews. Welcome new employees and help them acclimate through orientation sessions.
2. **Employee Relations**: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues. Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing concerns and promoting open communication.
3. **Documentation and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate employee records, including performance reviews, attendance, and leave requests. Ensure all HR documentation complies with legal requirements and company policies.
4. **Training and Development**: Help identify training needs and assist in coordinating employee training programs. Support staff development initiatives that enhance overall workplace skills.
5. **Performance Management**: Support the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback and assisting managers in evaluating employee performance fairly and objectively.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with a basic understanding of HR principles and practices. A completed education up to the 12th grade is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with employees. A detail-oriented mindset and proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently are crucial to succeed in this role.
