We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team in Bhopal, India. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who can manage various HR functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Recruitment and Staffing**: Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill various job openings. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and find the right fit for the company.
2. **Onboarding and Orientation**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company. This includes preparing necessary documents and conducting orientation sessions.
3. **Employee Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. You will support a positive working environment by addressing employee issues promptly and fairly.
4. **Performance Management**: Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes. This includes collecting feedback and coordinating evaluations to ensure employee growth and development.
5. **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and assist in organizing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for managing various HR tasks efficiently. A basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is also important. A 12th pass education is required for this position.
