job responsibilities

🔹 recruitment & talent acquisition

source, screen, and recruit top talent.

conduct interviews and coordinate hiring.

develop job descriptions and manage job postings.

🔹 employee relations & engagement

foster a positive work culture.

plan employee engagement activities.

address grievances and resolve conflicts.

🔹 hr policies & compliance

implement hr policies and ensure labor law compliance.

maintain employee records and documentation.

🔹 performance management

assist in performance appraisals and feedback.

monitor employee growth and suggest training programs.

🔹 payroll & attendance

maintain attendance records and process payroll.

manage employee benefits and leave policies.

requirements

education: bachelors or masters in hr, business administration, or related field.

experience: 2+ years in hr, preferably in media/entertainment.

skills: strong communication, hr software proficiency, problem-solving, and compliance knowledge.
