coordinating and lining up on-site, virtual or telephonic interview sessions along with coordination throughout the interview process.
administration of on-boarding process by verification and initial trainings. facilitating orientation and training formalities, induction & intimation. working on hrms (human resource management system), preparing & releasing offer letter, appointment letter (system generated & manual both) and other official letters. .monitoring pre-employment medical fitness of new and existing employees as per company norms. coordinating with estimated employees for pre- joining formalities and proper accommodation arrangement & coordination in various employee engagement activities and developmental programs for both existing and new employees. grievance redressal, responding immediately to all general inquiries. .
