💰 Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 Per Month

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment for high-volume hiring requirements.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidates for final evaluation.

• Manage candidate onboarding and achieve daily joining targets.

• Handle urgent hiring requirements and meet recruitment targets.

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS & ELIGIBILITY:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in bulk/volume recruitment.

• BPO / Customer Support recruitment experience will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong candidate sourcing and coordination skills.

• Target-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
