Job Description HR Executive (Manufacturing Unit)

Location: Gandhinagar

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Executive with hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, workforce coordination, and statutory compliance support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage attendance, leave, and shift records of plant employees

Assist in payroll coordination and HR documentation

Handle recruitment support for shop-floor and staff positions

Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, and employee records

Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws)

Address employee queries and assist in grievance handling

Coordinate with plant managers for manpower planning and HR support

Key Requirements

1 year of HR experience in a manufacturing unit

Basic knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, and compliance

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work closely with plant operations
