Female - Requirement For Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our team in Kochi. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Selection: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

- Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by providing orientation and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and information to begin their roles effectively.

- Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating reviews and providing guidance on best practices, ensuring employee performance aligns with company goals.

- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances, acting as a mediator to foster a positive working environment and strengthen employee engagement.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions that enhance employee skills and career development.

- HR Administration: Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess an or PGDM in Human Resources and have 1 to 4 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills are essential, along with good organizational abilities. You should be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess a good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Applicants must be team players who can work collaboratively with various departments while demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality in all HR matters.
