key responsibilities:
- lead, train, and motivate a team of 5–10 recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
- work extensively on applicant tracking systems (ats) for sourcing and recruitment activities.
- act as the primary point of contact for client management – understanding requirements, ensuring delivery, and maintaining strong relationships.
- handle end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection).
- achieve both team targets and contribute as an individual recruiter when required.
- monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure high productivity.
- prepare recruitment reports and share insights with management.
- ensure compliance with company policies and hiring processes.
