Job Title: Full-Cycle HR Recruiter / Senior Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

Handle the complete recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and hiring coordination

Source candidates for overseas jobs using job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability for international roles

Coordinate with clients and candidates for interviews and documentation

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records

Ensure timely closure of overseas requirements

Candidate Requirements:

Mandatory overseas recruitment background

Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment

Good English communication skills (spoken & written)

Ability to interact confidently with international clients and candidates

Knowledge of overseas hiring processes, documentation, and visa basics is an advantage

Target-driven and able to work independently
