Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Source and recruit candidates by using Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing options.

2. Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

3. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

4. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience etc.

5. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Sourcing of astrologers, scheduling interviews, onboarding them and training.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

A minimum of 3-4 years of experience is required from Astro talks or Astro companies.

Bachelors degree, or related field required.

It's a full-time role. Candidates located in Gurugram or prefer to relocate can apply.
