Must have done LLB,MSW or equivalent, Hands on knowledge in company act and Compliance Management.

Understanding company legal implications/contract,

High level English language skills are a must,recruiting

PF Act 1952 : - Registration of employees under the scheme - Processing/Maintaining of Form 11 & Declaration/Nomination form in Form 2. - Maintaining of Various records under PF/Pension & EDLI Scheme such as Contribution Register, - Preparation of Monthly PF Challan & ensure timely remittance. - Preparing & Submission of IW Statement. - Preparing & submission Form 5A. - Maintaining of Inspection Book/Visit Book under the Act. - Preparing & Submission of PF Withdrawal Claims, Death Claim, PF Transfer Claims & Advance for PF Claims. - Resolve employee s queries. - Attending Assessment under the Act. - Looking after Correspondence with the Regional PF Commissioner s Office. - Coordinating with the RPFC s Office for expeditious settlement of employees claim.

ESIC Act 1948 :

Registration of employees under the Regulation within the 10 days from employee joining date. - Preparing of monthly ESIC Challan & ensure time remittance. - Preparing & filing Half Yearly Return in Form 5 - Maintaining Inspection Book/Visit Book under the Act. - Maintaining Accident Register under the Act. - Preparing & Submission of Form O1(A). - Attending ESIC Inspection. - Handling Correspondence with the Regional Director (ESIC). - Solve employee s queries.

PT Act 1075 & LWF Act 1953: - Ensure timely remittance. - Filling Monthly/yearly Returns. - Provide information to the payroll team in case of changes in Slab. - Attending the assessment under the Acts.

Maternity Act 1961: - Maintained Form 10 on monthly basis under the Act. - Filing Form 11
