HR Generalist - 20% Recruitment and 80% HR Operations

Will be responsible for salary processing, maintaining employee database and employee personal files

Issuing appointment, offer Letter ,promotion letters etc

Employee Engagement Activity

Taking care of the internal recruitment needs.

Grievance Handling and Co-ordination with Branches. Lead employer branding initiatives

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
