Job Description

HR Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Overall in charge of HR Department

2. Employee lifecycle management and recruitment of

employees.

3. Ensure proper implementation of all policies and

procedures across the organization, HR process reengineering

4. Ensuring Onboarding, offer letter roll out & Induction of

Employees is as per SLA / policies

5. Confirmation process completion, Performance

Management System, KRA setting and Identifying Training

Needs

6. Overlooking End to End Processing of employee monthly

Payroll and Compliance and ensuring accuracy of data and

process

7. Ensuring exits are processed and analyzing data for exit

interviews for resigned / absconding employees and

present issues if any arising out of the interview

8. Competency framework creation and mapping.

9. Conducting Competency Based Interview

10. Change Management/Training Workshops

11. Ensure implementation of HR initiatives such as HR

Forums, PMS, Employee Satisfaction surveys, Employee

listening, Employee Engagement activities, etc

12. Relevant trackers and records are maintained for

generating reports

Conflict Resolution:

13. To be accessible when any employee has any grievance

that requires HR intervention

14. Conduct regular Open Forums with employees to ensure

open communication and devise an action plan to address

issues/ concerns raised

15. Need-based escalation of decisions and ensure proper

follow-up of the same

Process:

16. Follow set process and provide inputs for improvement

17. Ensure data required is provided by relevant teams

18. Ensure that all tasks / duties as assigned are performed as

per time lines

Data Management:

19. Maintaining HR MIS and updating HRMS system timely

20. Ensuring HR dashboards are created for Weekly or

Monthly Reviews

21. Responsible for sound, proper and timely execution of

assigned work.
