HR Manager - Full Time

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager for a very reputed construction contractor company.

Location: Ghaziabad

Salary: 50,000 70,000 per month

Experience: 8 to 15 years

Industry Preference: Candidates must have prior experience in Construction / Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end HR operations

Payroll management & statutory compliance

Drafting and implementation of HR policies

Handling employee relations and HR documentation

Other core HR functions as per organizational needs

Eligibility:

Strong exposure to payroll and compliance

Sound knowledge of HR policies and labor laws

Hands-on experience in construction or real estate sector is mandatory
