We are looking for HR Manager

Positions: 1

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Managing the recruitment and selection process

- Setting up Standard Operating Procedures for the entire team

- Setting up KRAs and KPIs for departments and team members

- Overseeing the administration of human resource policies, procedures and programs in areas such as compensation, benefits, training and development and performance management systems.

- Nurturing a positive working environment

- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or any other issues

Requirements and Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of Experience as a Sr. HR Executive or Managerial position

- MBA in HR will be given more preference

- Excellent Spoken and Written English

- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office

- Skilled in preparing various presentations

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
