duties and responsibilities:

- developing and implementing hr strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- managing the recruitment and selection process

- setting up standard operating procedures for the entire team

- setting up kras and kpis for departments and team members

- overseeing the administration of human resource policies, procedures and programs in areas such as compensation, benefits, training and development and performance management systems.

- nurturing a positive working environment

- bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or any other issues

requirements and qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a sr. hr executive or managerial position

- mba in hr will be given more preference

- excellent spoken and written english

- excellent knowledge of ms-office

- skilled in preparing various presentations

- excellent interpersonal skills

- problem-solving and analytical skills

- ability to work in a high-pressure environment
