Walk-in For Hiring For HR Manager

BSRI Solutions is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with strong expertise in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, team handling, payroll management, and client coordination, along with a proven ability to drive business growth through client acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles

Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets

Handle C2C and C2H hiring processes efficiently

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for staffing requirements

Coordinate with clients for requirements, feedback, and closures

Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with HR policies

Drive client acquisition (business development) in the staffing domain

Ensure effective employee engagement and retention strategies

Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms for sourcing and tracking

Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and performance dashboards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in staffing/recruitment industry (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of C2C, C2H, and permanent hiring models

Experience in team handling and leadership roles

Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools

Good understanding of payroll processes and HR operations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Prior experience in handling multiple client accounts

Strong network in IT recruitment/staffing

Experience:

Minimum 4-8 years in HR/Recruitment (Staffing industry preferred)
