process : this is us inbound tickting process. candidates have to take 15-30 inbound calls in a day only and book flight and train tickets for us customers as per their requirements and queries.
working days: 24 days in a month, 6 week offs, 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday leave, 15 compensatory offs per year
training: 30 days fully paid training provided
responsibilities:
manage incoming phone calls.
identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods/tools.
handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
requirements:
proven customer care experience in any international bpo or experience as a travel sales representative.
strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
