US Inbound Ticketing process, candidate use to take 15 to 30 calls in a day and book train tickets for US customers as per their requirements and resolve their queries.Need candidates with excellent English communication skills.Candidate should have minimum 6 months experience in International BPO Voice Process.Working days: 24 working days in a month , 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday Leave .Shifts: US shift (Inbound Voice) Fixed shift with Roster offIncentive : Up to 50K in a month apart from salarySalary : 18K to 22KTraining : 10 days paid training.6-5 working days; 6 week offs in a monthResponsibilities:-1.Manage incoming phone calls2.Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction3.Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools4.Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionRequirements:-1.
