job description:

➢ recruiting talented employees.

➢ managing on boarding and training for new hires

➢ tracking attendance / leave / payroll

➢ handling employee grievances

➢ retaining good employees

➢ ensure accurate employee information and documentation;

➢ manage organization chart, compensation and employee benefits;

➢ ensuring compliant hr systems from entry to exit & work on hrms to automate processes;

➢ track compliance of applicable laws, corporate governance across all offices;

➢ responsible for implementing, enforcing and administering employment regulations as well as policies and procedures at all levels;

➢ manage performance management, provide proactive guidance and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations issues;support trainings, workshops and activities.
