1. Manage Job Posts on Online Platforms
2. Co-ordinate with Relevant Department Heads for Shortlisting Candidates
3. Co-ordinate with Shortlisted Candidates and relevant department heads for setting up interviews (Preliminary Audio/Video Calls) and final Interviews
4. Inform candidates and start Onboarding Process
5. Ensure all employees have their R&R Template filled. Co-ordinate with Employees and management to ensure all are on the Same Page with respect to this.
6. Build KPIs for Employees at all levels by co-ordinating with Department Heads and management.
