Job Description

1. manage job posts on online platforms

2. co-ordinate with relevant department heads for shortlisting candidates

3. co-ordinate with shortlisted candidates and relevant department heads for setting up interviews (preliminary audio/video calls) and final interviews

4. inform candidates and start onboarding process

5. ensure all employees have their r&r template filled. co-ordinate with employees and management to ensure all are on the same page with respect to this.

6. build kpis for employees at all levels by co-ordinating with department heads and management.
