Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and hire candidates for various roles.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
Manage complete recruitment cycle from job posting to offer rollout.
2. Onboarding & Employee Documentation
Manage onboarding process including induction and orientation programs.
Maintain and update Employee Master File (EMF).
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of individual employee files.
3. Training & Development
Coordinate with Branch Managers (BM), Directors, and Universities to ensure departmental
training.
Maintain records of university collaborations and training programs.
4. Attendance, Leave & Payroll
Maintain attendance and leave records accurately.
Process salary on a timely basis.
Ensure compliance with company policies related to attendance and payroll.
5. HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure proper implementation of HR policies across the organization.
Monitor adherence to company guidelines and procedures.
6. Employee Engagement & Performance Management
Plan and execute employee engagement activities as per the annual calendar.
Ensure implementation of Performance Management System (PMS) post quarter
completion.
Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final documentation process.
7. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and present HR reports as required by management.
Coordinate inter-departmentally for smooth HR operations.
8. Travel & Administration
Travel to Ahmedabad branch as required.
Manage travel desk and coordinate bookings for employees.
Ensure adherence to travel policy and documentation submission in CRM.
Maintain travel and expense records.
9. Additional Responsibilities
Perform any other task assigned by management from time to time.
Requisite Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of HR processes and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS/CRM systems
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
